Many people are concerned that such a chip is the mark of the beast. And yes the technology is there. The technology is ready to go. One of the companies marketing it states that getting a vacine with the chip will be optional. 

So is it the mark of the beast ?

In my opinion no freaking way ! It's not the mark of the beast, right now  it's a tool for  well meaning nieve human beings, statist power mongers and evil globalists to track us. Whatever the intention I'm not getting it and neither will many others. Sadly when the mark of the beast comes around people will most likely be used to this technology so the technological part of it won't be a big deal. The key part of it is that it is the number that equates to the name of that evil incarnate man. That mark will be a willful act of submission to a man who claims himself to be god and the devil who is behind him. It will be the  ultimate  rejection of The One True God by human beings who have hardened their hearts and refused His mercy.
